We maintain on time appointments with respect for our client's valuable time. If you arrive late, we will confirm whether the service can still be performed without disruption to other clients – the treatment fee remains unchanged.
If you have provided your mobile number to reception, a 'courtesy sms' will be sent to your handset at least one day before your scheduled appointment time. Unless we hear from you, your appointment remains confirmed.
New clients making any appointment and existing clients making an appointment for Intense Pulsed Light, facials, microdermabrasion and massage, MUST provide either a cash deposit or credit card number upon booking the appointment. If you do not show up for your service, or provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule the appointment, a charge equal to 100% of the total service fee will apply.
